Kickstart Your Health In 2025 With A Greens Supplement

Bev Dunne

Okay we’ve overindulged over the festive season, in fact we may still be overindulging, however maybe now it’s time to slowly get back on track with healthy eating. I think a great way to kickstart some healthy habits is to begin with introducing a greens supplement into our diet.

One greens powder I particularly like contains organic spirulina, organic kale, organic broccoli, organic wheatgrass and organic chlorella. It is naturally sweetened with thaumatin, monk fruit and stevia. It is nutrient dense which means it promotes general vitality and wellbeing. This combination of greens can be helpful in alkalising our bodies which I’m sure would be very helpful after all the overindulgences at this time of the year. It is also rich in chlorophyll and antioxidants.

Include in your favourite smoothie, or juice or do as I often do and simply mix the greens powder through my yoghurt.

If you want to take it to the next level, why not give yourself a real hit of nutrition by including acai berries and creating a smoothie bowl. See my tasty recipe below.

TROPICAL ACAI BOWL
