Honorbread is an award-winning local sourdough bakery located in Bermagui.
What began as a hobby for Honor and Tim Northam quickly became a budding enterprise. Their passion has evolved into what is now Honor Bread – an artisan bakery with a focus on producing high-quality sourdoughs, and keeping their values local.
We receive Honorbread fresh every Wednesday and Friday, with everything from the country loaf, to rye and caraway, oat & almond porridge, olive & rosemary, raisin fennel spelt, seedy white, wholewheat, fig and walnut and Kardemummabullar Scrolls – all made with organic flour, using classic sourdough starter.
