Made entirely out of premium grade konjac/glucomannan fibre, which comes directly from the Konjac plant. The only other ingredients are a food grade calcium (which acts as a natural preservative) and purified water.

Zero Konjac rice come pre-cooked and ready to use however you like. For example, add to a ready made stir fry or soup, or use cold in salads or cold rolls.
