With all this gorgeous summer weather, I just love experimenting with my smoothies after my early morning swim.  Not only are there amazing summer fruits to choose from, I also love adding some of the Skinny Mocktail Powders. You can serve all of the following as smoothies or take the smoothies to the next level and serve as smoothie bowls.  Simply garnish with extra fruit, chopped nuts, seeds and shredded coconut.

CHOC-BERRY ESPRESSO BANANA SMOOTHIE

1 Tbsp Hemp Foods Australia Natural Hemp Powder; 1 scoop Skinny Mocktail Choc-Berry Espresso powder; ¾ cup Milk Lab Almond Milk; 1 medium banana.

Blend all powders and milk together then add banana.  Blend until smooth and serve.

COCONUT PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

1 ½ cups Milk Lab Coconut Milk, 1 banana, 2 cups pineapple, 1 Tbsp Hemp Foods Australia Natural Hemp Protein, 1 scoop Skinny Mocktail Coconut-Pine powder.

Blend all powders and milk together then add fruit. Blend until smooth and serve.

MANGO COCONUT SMOOTHIE

1 ½ cups Milk Lab Coconut Milk, 1 cup mango, 1 banana, 1 Tbsp Hemp Foods Australia Natural Hemp Powder, 1 scoop Skinny Mocktail Peach-Mango powder.

Blend all powders and milk together then add frozen fruit. Blend until smooth and serve.

MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE

1 ½ cups Milk Lab Almond Milk, 1 Tbsp Hemp Foods Aust Natural Hemp Powder, 1 banana, 1 ½ cups mixed berries, 1 scoop Skinny Mocktail Melon Berry powder.

Blend all powders and milk together then add frozen fruit. Blend until smooth and serve.
