At this time of the year, we hold our annual Thank You Gala Day Sale.  I always feel this is a great opportunity for us to show our appreciation to you, our incredible customers for your ongoing support throughout the past year. As I say every year, without the loyal support of our amazing customers, we would not have the store we have today.

I often reflect on how far our store has come over the past 26 years and the different transformations we have made, evolving, and changing as the health food industry has changed and the needs of our customers have changed.  However, something I would like to believe hasn’t changed is the ongoing connection we have made with our many customers over the years.

I’d also like to think our customers feel that coming into Go Vita isn’t just about buying their health foods.  I would like to believe we have created a wonderful community within our store, a place where our customers truly feel like they belong.  A place where they feel welcome and comfortable and enjoy the friendliness of our staff and other customers.

So, what better way to celebrate another great year and that sense of community at Go Vita, than with lots of fun and frivolity at our Thank Gala Day Sale!  I’m sure you all know by now we love our gala days.  It’s a great excuse for the girls to get dressed up in crazy outfits and for our customers to get into the fun of it all. I often describe our Gala Days, as Super Days on steroids!!

Next Monday we will be offering our usual Super Day discounts which means you can buy up big before Christmas. It’s an opportunity to purchase those last-minute Christmas gifts and of course your Christmas and pudding mixes. Many find it gives them the opportunity to stock up to avoid coming into town during the silly season.

As usual, I’ll be baking plenty of Christmas cakes and treats to hand out to customers on the day.

Instead of our trusty chocolate wheel, this Gala Day, we’re changing it up a little and every customer gets to roll our colourful dice, to claim their special ‘thank you’ gift.

And once again there will be a health hamper to be won on the day, to the value of $400.

I’m sure all our customers would agree, there is no doubt our business would not have been as successful as it is today without our amazing, loyal, dedicated staff.  This is my opportunity to also thank my team Marianne, Donna, Sofia, Katie, Rosie, Sue and Adrianna for their ongoing loyalty and support throughout not just this year, but for the many years they have worked for me.   Thank you, girls!!
