Directions for use

Juniper recommend applying your choice of blend to the inside of the wrists. This is a conveniently located pulse point, and makes it easier for your body to absorb the full benefits of the blend. The other pulse point we recommend at bedtime only, is on the bottom of the feet. Alternatively, you can apply the blend to a tissue and inhale. Caution: do not rub the nasal area with the tissue during this method of application as irritation may occur. For external use only. Not recommended during pregnancy.
