Supercharged Hemp Protein Smoothies

You can serve all of the following as smoothies or take the smoothies to the next level and serve as smoothie bowls.  Simply garnish with extra fruit, chopped nuts, seeds and shredded coconut.

CHOC-CHERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 1 tbsp Hemp Foods Australia Natural Hemp Powder;  1 scoop Skinny Mocktail Choc-Berry Espresso powder; ¾ cup Milk Lab Almond Milk; 1 medium frozen banana.

Method: Blend all powders and milk together then add frozen banana.  Blend until smooth and serve.

COCONUT PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups Milk Lab Coconut Milk, 1 frozen banana, 2 cups frozen pineapple, 1 tbsp Hemp Foods Australia Natural Hemp Protein, 1 scoop Skinny Mocktail Coconut-Pine powder.

Method: Blend all powders and milk together then add frozen fruit. Blend until smooth and serve.

MANGO COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups Milk Lab Coconut Milk, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp Hemp Foods Australia Natural Hemp Powder, 1 scoop Skinny Mocktail Peach-Mango powder.

Method: Blend all powders and milk together then add frozen fruit. Blend until smooth and serve.

MIXED BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups Milk Lab Almond Milk, 1 tbsp Hemp Foods Aust Natural Hemp Powder, 1 frozen banana, 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries, 1 scoop Skinny Mocktail Melon Berry powder.

Method: Blend all powders and milk together then add frozen fruit. Blend until smooth and serve.
